We have had a bad experience with young people renting our home for parties and/or events, drinking and loud music until the early hours. We have neighbors to consider and with this, in mind, we prefer that the responsible party be over the age of 25. It is important that we consider our wonderful neighbors and do not play loud music and make noise, especially after 10.00 PM.
AMARULA NOISE ORDINANCE
WE ASK YOU TO RESPECT OUR NOISE ORDINANCE, WHICH IS AS FOLLOWS:
NO LOUD NOISE OR LOUD MUSIC, SHOUTING OR SCREAMING, AT ANY TIME.
OUTSIDE MUSIC IS STRICTLY ONLY BACKGROUND MUSIC.
LOUD MUSIC CAN BE PLAYED INDOORS, EITHER IN THE MAIN HOUSE OR IN THE SPA BAR BUT THE
DOORS AND WINDOWS NEED TO BE KEPT CLOSED AT ALL TIMES.
IF THERE IS A NEED FOR THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO REQUEST THAT THE MUSIC OR NOISE BE TONED
DOWN, PLEASE ACCEPT THIS, AS AMARULA IS IN A RESIDENTIAL AREA AND WE HAVE MADE A
COMMITMENT TO OUR NEIGHBORS.
Before arriving, the host needs to know how many guest vehicles will be parked on the property.
We want our guests to enjoy themselves and hope that they will appreciate the quiet and peaceful surroundings this property offers
No diving and no glass around the pool
Small destination weddings and special events will be considered at an extra venue fee This facility is for residing guests.
Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they have paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days they will get 50% back. Otherwise, there will be no refund. Also no refunds for early departure.
